Brand Values

These are the values behind how we build the product and how we should approach any brand decision. When you're unsure whether something "feels like Revup," these are a good checklist.

ValueWhat it means in practice
SecurityWe're handling payments data and revenue-critical processes. Copy and design should always reflect that we take this seriously, no shortcuts, no vague language around risk or data handling.
Customer focusUnderstanding what our Merchants actually need should shape decisions before aesthetic or technical preferences do.
AestheticsWe believe simplicity can be aesthetically pleasing. Clean and minimal is a deliberate choice, not a lack of effort.
EffectivenessUsers should be able to rely on Revup at every step. This applies as much to a tooltip as it does to the platform's uptime.
FlexibilityMerchants across the group run different business models, at different scales, in different markets. The product and its brand need to adapt to that range without losing consistency.
SimplicityAnyone should be able to start using Revup right away, regardless of how technical their background is.
